E pa da sumiramo utiske o desetak proizvoda koje sam potrošila u poslednjih par meseci. Kada ih pogledam ovako na gomili, mahom su to bili baš super proizvodi.


Well, let's summarize the impressions of ten products which I have spent over the last few months. When I look at them together like this, I see that most of them were very good products.

- Vichy Capital Soleil SPF 50 Tinted Dry Touch Face Fluid - BB krema sa visokim faktorom i velikim prekrivanjem. Dobra je ali zbog velikog prekrivanja delujem sebi ponekad malo kao lutka, a glupo je namazati jako tanak sloj, jer se onda ne štitim od sunca dovoljno dobro. Ali sve u svemu nije loša. Cena joj je 1825 dinara. Ocena 4/5.

- Golden Rose Longstay Matte Face Powder - 08 - Odličan puder, koji dobro matira i nije brašnjav na licu. A ima i solidan izbor nijansi i izjednačava ten. Mnogo sam ga volela. Ima i dobro pakovanje sa ogledalom i aplikatorom. Košta 979 dinara , a moja ocena je 4/5.


- Vichy Capital Soleil SPF 50 Tinted Dry Touch Face Fluid - BB cream with a high SPF and coverage. Good, but due to the large coverage I sometimes look to my self little like a doll, and it would be stupid to apply a very thin layer, because then it won't protect me from the sun well enough. But all in all not bad. The price is 1825 RSD. Score 4/5.
- Golden Rose Longstay Matte Face Powder - 08 - Excellent powder, which mattifies well and is not floury on the face. There's also a nice selection of shades and it evens out the complexion. I loved it a lot. The packaging is good, it contains a mirror and an applicator. It costs 979 RSD, and my score is 4/5.

- Avene TriAcneal krema protiv nepravilnosti - Veoma dobra krema za uklanjanje bubuljica, ali kod mene nije efikasna koliko LPR Effaclar Duo+, šta da radim. Inače je veoma dobra. Košta 1790 dinara, a moja ocena je 5/5.

- La Roche-Posay termalna voda - Voda, kao voda. Ja nisam neki fanatik za termalne vode. Ipak kada koristim ulja na licu, najviše volim da ih koristim u kombinaciji sa termalnim vodama, kako bi se lakše i brže upila. Cena ove termalne vode ne znam kolika je, ali veliko pakovanje od 150ml košta oko 800 dinara, Moja ocena je 4/5.


- Avene TriAcneal - very good cream to remove pimples, but in my case not as effective as LPR Effaclar Duo +. Otherwise very good. It costs 1790 RSD, and my score is 5/5.
- La Roche-Posay Thermal Water - Water, like water. I'm not a fanatic for thermal waters. However, when using oils on my face, I like to use them in combination with thermal waters, so they are easily and quickly absorbed. I don't know its price but the price of 150ml packaging is around 800 RSD, and my score is 4/5.

- Kräuterhof Power Anti-Cellulite Serum - Osim što ne peče, ne vidim razliku u odnosu na običan gel. Kako je pakovanje malo, nikakav efekat nisam primetila dok je pakovanje trajalo. Neću ga više kupovati. Inače košta 841 dinara, a ocena je 3/5.

- Nivea Protect & Care dezodorans - Predivan nežan antiperspirant, koji divno miriše. Naravno na plavu Nivea kremu. Ne ostavlja mnogo bele tragove. Košta oko 350 dinara, a moja ocena je 4/5.

- Lilly krema za pete - Vrlo jeftina krema za ispucalu i suvu kožu stopala sa 10% uree, a moram priznati da radi dobro, čak bolje i od nekih malo skupljih krema sa više uree. Cena joj je 159 dinara, a moja ocena je 4/5.


- Kräuterhof Power Anti-Cellulite Serum - Except the fact that it does not burn, I do not see the difference compared to the  regular gel. Since the packaging of the serum is much smaller, I did not notice any effect on my skin, while I was using it. I will not buy it again. It costs or 841 RSD, and my score is 3/5.
- Nivea Protect & Care Deodorant - Beautiful gentle antiperspirant, which smells great. Of course, like the blue Nivea cream. It leaves a bit of white stains. It costs around 350 RSD, and my score is 4/5.
- Lilly Heel Cream - Very inexpensive cream for dry skin and chapped feet with 10% urea, but I have to admit it works well, even better than some a little more expensive creams with more urea. Its price is 159 RSD, and my score is 4/5.

- Allin losion - Odličan tretman za brži rast kose i jačanje korena. Nedavno sam pisala o njemu, i već posle jedne bočice kosa mi je u boljem stanju. Košta 835 dinara, a moja ocena je 5/5.

- Still Argan maska za kosu - Solidna maska, koja lepo neguje i omekšava kosu. Namenjena je suvoj i oštećenoj kosi, i sadrži arganovo ulje. Košta 449 dinara, a moja ocena je 4/5.

- Schwarzkopf Gliss Oil Nutritive tretman - Jedan od brojnih Gliss proizvoda koji se ne ispiraju. Ja ga mahom prskam na mokru kosu nakon pranja, ali može i na suvu. Oil Nutritive ima fenomenalan sastav, sa većim brojem ulja. Lepo omekšava kosu i olakšava rasčešljavanje, ali to rade i drugi Gliss proizvodi, sa manje zanimljivim sastavom. Cena je 343 dinara, a moja ocena 5/5.


- Allin Lotion - An excellent treatment for faster hair growth and stronger roots. I wrote about it recently, and after only one bottle my hair is in better condition. It costs 835 RSD, and my score is 5/5.
- Still Argan Hair Mask - Solid mask, which nourishes and softens nicely. It is designed for dry and damaged hair, and contains argan oil. It costs 449 RSD, and my score is 4/5.
- Schwarzkopf Gliss Oil Nutritive Treatment - One of the many Gliss leave in products. I mostly sprayed it onto damp hair after washing, but it can be used on dry hair, too. Oil Nutritive has a phenomenal composition, with a large number of oils. Beautifully softens the hair and makes it easier to comb, but other Gliss products with less interesting composition do the same, too. The price is 343 RSD, and my score is 5/5.

Kräuterhof Power Anti-Cellulite Serum

Post o Kräuterhof anticelulit gelu jedan je od najposećenijih na blogu. I zaista, ovo je jedan od boljih gelova koje sam probala, iako verovatno najneprijatniji prilikom korišćenja, zbog izrazito jakog efekta zagrevanja koji proizvodi. Kräuterhof pored ovog gela ima i desetodnevni serum, koji ću vam danas pokazati.

Post about Kräuterhof anti-cellulite gel is one of the most visited on my blog. Indeed, this is one of the best gels I've tried so far, although probably the most uncomfortable for use, due to very strong warming effect it produces. Kräuterhof also has a ten day serum, which I'll show you in this post.

Serum dolazi u plastinoj bočici sa pumpicom i dnom koje se podiže. Ima samo 50ml, što je i očekivano, jer piše da se koristi 10 dana. Ipak cena mu nije niža od običnog gela, pa on košta 841 dinar. No dobro, ako su efekti ovog seruma jači ... što da ne, daću pare. Teksturom i mirisom serum veoma podseća na gel, gelast je i lako se razmazuj i ne lepi, a miriše citrusno. Za razliku od gela, efekat zagrevanja kod seruma je veoma blag, skoro nepostojeći. Ovo će olakšati korišćenje osobama sa osetljivom kožom i kapilarima.

Serum comes in a plastic bottle with a pump and raisable bottom. It has only 50ml, which is expected, because it should last for just 10 days. Yet, its price is not lower than that of the regular gel, so it costs 841 RSD. Well, if the effects of this serum are stronger ... what the hell, I'll give the money. Texture and scent are very reminiscent of regular gel. Gel is easily spread and isn't sticky, and has a citrusy smell. Unlike the gel, this serum has a much milder, almost non-existent warming effect. This will facilitate the use for people with sensitive skin and capillaries.

Namenjen je borbi protiv pojave i smanjenju celulita. Sadrži kompleks Liporeduks, koji zateže kožu i umanjuje vidljivost neravnina. Takođe sadrži i ekstrakt divljeg kestena, pantenol, kofein, ulje limunove trave, i sastojke koji zagrevaju. Nanosi se pred spavanje, na butine, zadnjicu, stomak i druge problematične regije.

Serum is designed to help stop production of cellulite and reduce its amount. It contains Liporeduks complex, which tightens the skin and minimizes the appearance of cellulite. It also contains chestnut extract, panthenol, caffeine, lemongrass oil, and warming ingredients. It is applied before bed, on the thighs, buttocks, abdomen and other problematic areas.

E sad moj lični utisak o ovom serumu je...pa nikakav. Deluje mi isto kao i običan gel, s tim da za iste pare kod gela dobije mnogo više proizvoda. Za 10 dana ili koliko vam već bočica bude trajala, nikakvi posebni efekti ne mogu da se vide. A ako bih nastavila da kupujem ovaj serum, onda se malo gubi poenta korišćenja seruma za 10 dana zar ne? Možda bi bio dobar kao priprema pred korišćenje običnog gela, ali iskreno možete proći i bez toga. Odmah kupite običan gel. Osim ako teško podnosite veliku toplotu. Onda na gel zaboravite.

Now my personal impression of this serum is well ... quite bad. It seems the same as the regular gel to me, but if you buy regular one you get much more product for the same price. In 10 days or how much you'll need to spend the bottle, no effects can be visible. And if I continue to buy this serum, it loses its purpose as a 10 days serum, is not it? Maybe it could be good as a preparation treatment before the use of the regular gel, but honestly you can skip it entirely. Immediately buy regular anti-cellulite gel. Unless you don't tolerate high heat. In that case forget about the gel.

Ne očekujem mnogo od anticelulit preparata, pa me tako ni ovaj nije mnogo razočarao. Ipak ne bih nikad dala ponovo pare za ovaj serum. Da li ste ga možda vi probali? Da li je kod vas imao nekakav efekat?

I do not expect much from anti-cellulite products, so this serum did't disappoint me that much. However I would never give money for it again. Have you tried it? Did it have any effects on you?

Kako sam odlučila da pišem postove sa kantom za smeće svaki put kada se nakupi deset potrošenih proizvoda, došao je red i na sledeću turu kandidata za bacanje. Pređimo odmah na stvar:

- Body Drench piling za telo od malina - divno je mirisao i izgledao kao džem. Bio je dobar i kupiću ga nekada opet. Sadrži 170g i košta 550 dinara. Ocena 4/5.

- Lush Mask of Magnaminty - predobra, tugujem što je Lush otišao iz Srbije. Ima 125 g a cena je 765 dinara . Ocena 5/5.

- Bioderma Sebium micelarna - predobra, najbolja d svih koje sam probala, samo u Srbiji i preskupa. Ova od 250ml koštala je 1523 dinara. Ocena 4/5 samo zbog cene.

- Balea okoloočnak krema - nije loša, fino hidrira kožu, ali ako imate zahtevniju i suvu kožu te regije, možda će vam biti potrebno nešto jače. Ima 15ml i košta 339 dinara . Ocena 3/5.

- Kräuterhof anticelulit gel - nije loš, jedan od boljih koje sam do sad koristila. Ima 250ml a cena mu je 753 dinara. Ocena 4/5.

- Caudalie Beauty Elixir - nista specijalno, još me i peče ponekad kad ga nanesem. Zaobilazim ga u buduće. Ima 30ml, brzo se troši, a košta 1371 dinar. Ocena 3/5.



- Body Drench Body Scrub raspberry - it smelled wonderful and looked like jam. It was good and I will buy it once again. Contains 170g and costs 550 dinars. Score 4/5.

- Lush Mask of Magnaminty - phenomenal, I mourn the fact that Lush went from Serbia. There are 125g inside and the price is 765 dinars. Awarded 5/5.

- Bioderma Sebium micellar solution - phenomenal, the best from all I've tasted, but very expensive in Serbia. It contains 250ml and cost 1523 dinars. Score 4/5 only because of the price.

- Bale eye cream - not bad, hydrates the skin nicely, but if you have more demanding, dry skin of that region, you may need something stronger. There is 15ml in it and the price is 339 dinars. Score 3/5.

- Kräuterhof anticellulite gel - not bad, one of the better ones I've ever used. Contains 250ml and its price is 753 dinars. Score 4/5.

- Caudalie Beauty Elixir - nothing special, it burns sometimes when you apply it. I'll avoid it in the future. Contains 30ml, quickly consumed, and costs 1371 dinars. Score 3/5.

- Avon Skin So Soft mleko za telo sa arganovim uljem - nije lose, malo je gušće ali se brzo upija i lepo hrani. Miriše nekako parfemski. Ima 250ml i košta 610 dinara. Ocena 4/5.

- Garnier Intensive Care krema za ruke sa alantoinom - odlična. Kupila sam je zimi i mazala svaki dan od tad, a tek sam je sad potrošila. Suve ruke sređuje u dva mazanja. Najbolja koju sam do sad probala. Ima 100ml a košta oko 250 dinara. Ocena 5/5.

- Caudalie gel za tuširanje bez sapuna - dobila sam ovaj tester od 75ml i prilično sam se razočarala. Miris je previše blag. Takođe peni baš slabo pa mora tona da se stavi. Ocena 2/5.

- Oriflame Carbon Black ajlajner u stiku - dobar ali ako se jače pritisne hoće da se odlomi. Imam ga sto godina i nije se potrošio. Bacam jer mu je prošao rok. Ima 25g, a cene se ne sećam.

Toliko od mene za danas. :)

- Avon Skin So Soft Body Milk with Argan Oil - not bad, a little thicker but it is quickly absorbed and nourishes well. It smells kind of perfumy. Contains 250ml and costs 610 dinars . Score 4/5.

- Garnier Intensive Care hand cream with allantoin - excellent. I bought it in the winter and applied it every day since then and it lasted until now. Dry hand fixes in two applications. The best I've tested so far. It has 100ml and costs around 250 dinars. Score 5/5.

- Caudalie Shower Gel Soap-free - I got this tester with 75ml and I was pretty disappointed. The smell is too bland. It makes foam very hard so you have to use a lot of it. Score 2/5.

- Oriflame Carbon Black eyeliner stick - good but if you want press firmly it will break off. I got it such a long time ago and I didn't spend it whole. I tosing it because it is overdue. There are 25g in it, and the prices I cannot remember.

Kräuterhof Anti-Cellulite Gel

Dolazi polako leto, iako posle nedavnog snega i trenutnih kiša malo je tesko da se u to poveruje, a celulit seva. Svi se polako okreću anticelulit kremicama i zdravijoj hrani u nadi da će do leta problem bar malo smanjiti. Ja sam ovaj anticelulit gel kupila slučajno. Kräuterhof je nemački proizvođač koji između ostalog proizvodi i konjske balzame koji se mogu koristiti za zagrevanje povređenih područja, kako bi se lakše bavilo fizičkom aktivnošću, i koje često ljudi mackaju kod mene na treninzima. Znala sam da ove balzame ljudi vole i hvale pa sam odlučila da probam anticelulit gel u nadi da će i on biti kvalitetan.

Ovaj anticelulit gel dolazi u plasticnom pakovanju od 250ml. Proizvod je beličast i gelaste strukture. Miriše veoma osvežavajuće, na limun. Spada u gelove sa zagrevajućim dejstvom i time ubrzava cirkulaciju u regijama na koje se nanosi. Nakon nanošenja oseća se veoma primetno i prilično jako zagrevanje, a i koža se malo zacrveni. Ko nije navikao na ovakve gelove može da se iznenadi. Meni je ovo prvi gel sa zagrevajućim efektom i bila sam iznenađena koliko puno zagreva kožu, no s vremenom se ili koža navikla ili sam se ja navikla pa je zagrevanje mnogo podnošljivije. Takođe ne preporučujem mazanje direktno pred spavanje jer ako se pokrijete i utoplite zagrevanje će biti još jače, pa ćete možda teže zaspati. Dakle bar pola sata pre spavanja! Takođe nakon nanošenja dobro operite ruke! Gel takođe sadrži i kofein koji ubrzava njegovo dejstvo.

Summer is slowly coming, even though after the recent snow and  current  rain  it is a little hard to believe it, and cellulite is everywhere. Everyone is slowly turning to anti-cellulite creams and healthier food in hope that they will reduce it a bit until the summer. I bought this anti-cellulite gel accidentally. Kräuterhof is a German producer who, among other products, sells horse-balm that can be used to warm injured areas and make it easier to engage in physical activities, and that people often use at my training. I knew that people like this balm, so I decided to try anti-cellulite gel in the hope that it will be of good quality, too.

This anti-cellulite gel comes in a plastic container of 250ml. The product is whitish and gelatinous in structure. It smells very refreshing, like lemon. It belongs to the group of gels with heating effect and it makes you circulation in that region faster. After applying it you will feels very noticeable and very strong warming effect, and the skin will get slightly red. Those who are not accustomed to such gels may be surprised. This is my first gel with heating effect and I was surprised at how much it warms the skin, but with time my skin, or myself, got used to it, so the heat is much more bearable. I do not recommend using it directly before bed, because if you cover up with your blanket right away warming will be even stronger, so it might be more difficult to fall asleep. So at least half an hour before bedtime! Also after application wash your hands! Gel also contains caffeine which speeds up its action.

Ja na žalost genetski imam problem sa celulitom i imam ga i pored veoma zastupljenih fizičkih aktivnosti u mom životu. Doduše svesna sam da je moja velika greška što nedovoljno pijem vodu. Probala sam razne anticelulit gelove do sada i uglavnom su mi se činili potpuno beskorisni. Najviše što sam uspela je blago zatezanje kože. Moram da priznam da je ovo ipak najbolji gel koji sam kupila do sada. Naravno nije se rešio svog celulita imam ga još tonu, ali primećujem da je celulit ipak dosta umanjen i da je koža zategnuta. Potrošila sam tek pola pakovanja tako da se nadam da će do kraja pakovanja rezultati biti još bolji. Dok ne izmisle neko čudo koje će nam svima celulit ukloniti potpuno, ja ću biti zadovoljna i učinkom ovog gela. Samo treba biti spreman na zagrevanje koje on proizvodi na koži.

Šta mi se kod ovog gela sviđa:

- veliko pakovanje,

- odnos cena/kvalitet je dobar,

- lako je dostupan,

- solidno uklanja celulit i zateže kožu.

Šta mi se ne sviđa:

- zagrevanje je prilično jako, pa ne mogu da ga namažem odmah pred spavanje, već malkice ranije.

I unfortunately have a genetic predisposition for cellulite, and have it despite the substantial physical activity in my life. However I am aware that my big mistake is not drinking enough water. I have tried various anti-cellulite gels so far and mostly they seemed utterly useless. The most I managed to get is a slight tightening of the skin. I have to admit that this is the best gel I've bought so far. Of course it didn't solve my entire cellulite problem, I still have a ton of it left, but I noticed that cellulite is quite reduced and the skin is tight. I spent only half of the pack so I hope that by the end of the packaging results will be even better. Until they produce a the miracle that will remove all of our cellulite completely, I will be satisfied with the performance of this gel. Just be ready for the heat that it produces on the skin.

What I like about this gel like:

- Great packaging,

- Price / quality ratio is good,

- Easily accessible,

- Solidly removes cellulite and tightens the skin.

What I do not like:

- Warm-up is pretty strong, so I cannot apply it immediately before going to bed, but a little earlier.
