Guam anticelulit blato

Guam je brend koji dolazi iz Italije i koji u proizvodima sadrži ekstrakt alge marine, koja ubrzava metabolizam, uz sicilijansku glinu i biljne sastojke. Poznati su po anticelulit proizvodima sa ovim algama, međutim pored ovoga oni proizvode i razne proizvode za lice, telo i kosu. Guam anticelulit blato je proizvod za koji znam odavno i koji sam dugo planirala da probam. Blato dolazi u velikim pakovanjima, ali sam ja u Metropolitenu dobila ove kesice, da mogu da blato isprobam. 

Guam is a brand that comes from Italy and their product contain extract of marine algae, which speeds up the metabolism, together with Sicilian clay and herbal ingredients. They are known for their anti-cellulite products with the algae, but in addition to this they produce various products for the face, body and hair. Guam anti-cellulite mud is a product that I have known about for a long time and that I have long planned to try. Mud comes in big packagings, but I got these little bags in Metropoliten perfumery, so I can try it.

Rešila sam da probam i uporedim dva tipa blata - original i sa ubrzanim delovanjem. Oba blata podstiču razmenu materija. Glina upija toksine i masnoće iz organizma, a umesto njih, telu predaje mineralne soli.  S druge strane alge ubrzavaju metabolizam na mestima gde se blato nanese. Oba blata imaju identičan miris - na more, alge i glinu. Takođe imaju i istu teksturu gline i zelene su boje. 

I decided to try and compare the two types of mud - original and with rapid action. Both mud types stimulate metabolism. Clay absorbs fat and toxins from the body, and instead gives the body mineral salts. On the other hand, algae accelerate the metabolism on the places where the mud is applied. Both have the same smell of mud, sea algae and clay. They have the same texture of clay and have green colour.

Blato se nanosi svaki treći dan. Nakon desetak tretmana pravi se pauza od 20 dana. Originalno blato treba da se drži na koži 45 minuta. Nakon nanošenja blata, noge zamotam u providnu foliju. Dolazi u metalik kesici od 75 ml. Ja sam blato nanosila na zadnjicu i zadnji deo butina i u kesici ima i više nego dovoljno da se blato nanese dva puta. 

Blato se prodaje u teglama od dve dimenzije:

- 500g (za 5-6 tretmana), 4740 dinara,

- 1kg (za 10-12 tretmana), 8370 dinara.

The mud is applied every three days. After ten treatments a break of 20 days needs to be made. Original mud should be kept on the skin for 45 minutes. After applying the mud, I wrapped my legs in a plastic foil. It comes in a metallic bag of 75 ml. I applied mud on the buttocks and back of the thighs and the bag had more than enough mud to use it twice. 

Mud is sold in jars of two dimensions: 

- 500g (5-6 treatments), 4740 RSD, 

- 1kg (10-12 treatments), 8370 RSD.

Blato sa ubrzanim delovanjem dolazi u kesici sa crvenom nalepnicom, a kesa sadrži 100g blata. I ova kesa je dovoljna za dva nanošenja. Blato sa ubrzanim delovanjem potrebno je držati samo 15 minuta. Evo ga i sastav ovog blata, koji je skoro isti kao kod originalnog blata:

Mud with accelerated action comes in the bag with a red label, and the bag contains 100g of mud. The bag is sufficient for two applications. Mud with rapid action should be kept on the skin only for 15 minutes. Here are the ingredients, which are almost the same as for the original mud:

Oba blata izazivaju sličan osećaj peckanja na koži. Blato ne zagreva, već samo pecka i pomalo svrbi ali ništa što je teško izdržati. Meni se ova dva blata čine prilično isto, tako da je ovo blato sa ubrzanim delovanjem pogodnije za osobe koje ne žele 45 minuta da sede umotane u celofan. Primetila sam da mi se koža blago zacrvenela nakon 45 minuta sa originalnim blatom, dok se to nije desilo sa ubrzanom formulom.

Blato sa ubrzanim delovanjem se prodaje u teglama od dve dimenzije:

- 300g (za 3-5 tretmana), 2417 dinara,

- 1kg (za 13-15 tretmana), 7650 dinara.


After applying them on my skin both muds caused a similar tingling sensation on the skin. Mud doesn't heat up the skin, but only makes it tingle and itch a little, but nothing that is difficult to endure. Both muds look pretty similar to me, so the mud with the rapid action is better suited for people who do not want to sit for 45 minutes wrapped in cellophane. I noticed that my skin got slightly red after 45 minutes with the original mud, but that didn't happen with the accelerated formula.

Nakon što blato odstoji na koži potrebno je isprati ga vodom. Nakon nanošenja koža mi je bila nekako glatka i zategnuta, a celulit manje vidljiv. Realan uticaj na celulit ne mogu mnogo da komentarišem, nakon korišćenja samo ove dve kesice. Ovo blato bi trebalo da celulit izvuče na površinu i pomogne da uz masažu, ishranu i vežbanje on lakše nestane. Blato nije namenjeno koži koja je osetljiva i ima proširene vene i kapilare, a ne preporučuje se ni u trudnoći i za vreme dojenja.

Šta mi se sviđa kod ovog blata:
- prijatno za korišćenje, samo malo pecka,
- lepo zateže kožu i ubrzava uklanjanje celulita.

Šta mi se ne sviđa:
- cena,
- mora dugo da se drži na koži,
- nije pogodno za osobe sa proširenim venama i kapilarima.

After the mud sits on the skin it should be rinsed with water. After application, my skin was smooth and tight, and cellulite was less visible. I cannot comment on the real impact on cellulite, after using just these two bags. This mud should help you get rid of the cellulite together with massage, diet and exercises. Mud is not intended for skin that is sensitive and has varicose veins and capillaries, and also in pregnancy and during breastfeeding. 

What I like about this mud: 
- Pleasant to use, just tingles a little, 
- Tightens the skin well and speeds up the removal of cellulite. 

What I don't like: 
- Price,
- Needs to stay long on the skin, 
- Not suitable for people with varicose veins, and capillaries.

Prvi Metropoliten Open Blogger's Day

Metropoliten je zaiste parfimerija utočište za sve ljubitelje kozmetike i parfema. Prelep ambijent, sposobno, informisano i veoma prijatno osoblje i naravno ogroman izbor poizvoda u raznim cenovnim rangovima. Ima nešto prijano i smirujuće u ovoj parfimeriji, pa često volim da kupujem baš ovde i pri tom se svaki put lepo ispričam sa devojkama koje tu rade. Ova parfimerija je po meni dobar primer dobrog vođenja jednog ovakvog lokala, a svakim danom uvode nove i zanimljive ideje koje će ih svakako održati u vrhu.

Metropoliten is really a perfumery haven for lovers of cosmetics and perfumes. Beautiful ambient, capable, informed and very pleasant staff and of course a huge variety of products in various price ranges. There is something calming and nice in this perfumery, and I often like to buy stuff here and also spend some time to have a nice conversation with girls that work there. This perfumery is in my opinion a good example of well run perfumery, and every day they brings new and interesting ideas that will insure that they stay on top.

Ovaj put pišem o Metropolitenu jer je ova parfimerija dodala jednu vrlo lepu akciju na spisak svojih aktivnosti - otvoreni dan za blogere. Juče je organizovan prvi takav dan u kom smo mogli da razgledamo do mile volje, pričamo o detaljima proizvoda koji nas zanimaju, čujemo tuđa iskustva i preporuke. Ovo je za nas, koji volimo da razmislimo o onome što ćemo kupiti i isprobati, od neprocenjive važnosti.

This time I'm writing about Metropoliten perfumery because they added a very nice thing on their list of activities - open day for bloggers. Yesterday they organized the first such day in which we were able to look around how much we wanted, talk about the details of the product that we are interested in, and hear other people's experiences and recommendations. This is for us, who like to think about what we buy and try, of huge importance.

Svuda su bili testeri raznih brendova - Bioderma, Roc, Weleda, Dr.Hauschka, Guam, Erborian, Cinq Mondes... i naravno mnogo parfema. Atmosfera je naravno bila veoma prijatna i uz sokove i čokoladu dugo smo pričali o kozmetici koju svi volimo. Na kraju smo mogli da uzmemo i testere koji su nas zanimali kako bismo isprobali proizvode koje smo razmišljali da kupimo.

Everywhere were testers of different brands - Bioderma, Roc, Weleda, Dr.Hauschka, Guam, Erborian, Cinq Mondes ... and of course a lot of perfumes. The atmosphere was of course very pleasant and with juices and chocolate we long talked about the cosmetics we all love. In the end we were able to take the testers we were interested in so we can try them out before we buy.

Mene je kao i uvek privukla Weleda sa svojim šarenim kutijicama i prirodnim sastojcima. Uzela sam razne testere proizvoda koje još nisam probala a koje sam baš želela, a i neke koje nisam mislila da probam, ali su ih druge blogokoleginice toliko nahvalile da sam morala da ih i ja probam. 

I was, as always, attracted by Weleda with its colorful boxes and natural ingredients. I took seme testers of products that I haven't tried yet and that I really wanted to, but also some that I did not think about trying, but since other bloggers had praised them so much, I just had to try, too.

Takođe sam jako dugo planirala da probam Guam blato protiv celulita, ali se to nekako uvek sklanjalo za neki drugi put tako da sam vrlo srećna što sam sada imala priliku da uzmem i te kesice.

Also, I have planned to try to Guam mud against cellulite for some time, but it was somehow always pushed to the side, so I'm very happy that I had the opportunity to take little these bags, too.

I za kraj moram da vam pokažem i predivne šešire koji se trenutno nalaze u Metropolitenu. Vrlo su zanimljivi i mame me da ih sve isprobavam.
