Bioten Hyaluronic 3D - Antiwrinkle Eye Cream

Nakon potrošenog Bioten Genovate seruma za regiju oka, o kom sam nedavno pisala, prešla sam na isprobavanje Bioten Hyaluronic 3D okoloočne kreme. Ova krema zvanično je namenjena osobama od 35 do 45 godina. Namenjena je borbi protiv bora uz pomoć hijaluronske kiseline koju sadrži. Dolazi u tubici od 15ml i košta 363 dinara.

Once I have finished using Bioten Genovate Eye Serum, which I recently wrote about, I've started using Bioten Hyaluronic 3D Eye Cream. This cream is officially designed for people from 35 to 45 years old. It is an anti-wrinkle cream which uses hyaluronic acid in its composition. It comes in a 15ml tube and costs 363 RSD.

U kremi nalazi se filer hijaluronske kiseline koji deluje na površini kože i zaglađuje je. Krema sadrži i hijaluronsku kiselinu kratkog lanca, koja može da prodre i u dublje slojeve kože, popravljajući hidriranost kože i na taj način smanjujući bore i sprečavajući nastanak novih. Takođe sadrži i stimularote proizvodnje hijaluronske kiseline u koži. Pored hijaluronske kiseline u sastavu kreme su i ši puter i ulje argana.

The cream contains hyaluronic acid filler, which acts on the surface of the skin and smoothes it out. The cream contains short chain hyaluronic acid, which can penetrate the deeper layers of the skin, helping the hydration of the skin, thereby reducing wrinkles, and preventing the formation of new ones. It also contains hyaluronic acid production stimulator. In addition to the hyaluronic acid, the cream also contains shea butter and argan oil.

Po meni ova krema nije za starije osobe sa već izraženim borama, već upravo za mlađe kod kojih će hijaluronska kiselina pomoći odlaganje stvaranja prvih bora i produbljivanje tek nastalih. Zato mislim da je krema dobra da se koristi i pre 35 godine. Krema je lagana, nije masna i brzo se upija. Nema miris. Vrlo mi je lepo hidrirala kožu iako ne mogu da tvrdim da ima neke izražene moći smanjivanja bora i zaglađivanja kože. Takođe ne pomaže ni kod nadutosti. Nije izazvala nikakve negativne stvari. Ne pecka i od nje oči ne suze.

In my opinion,  this cream is not for older people with more severe wrinkles, but for younger ones since hyaluronic acid will help delay the creation of the first wrinkles and deepening of the new ones. So, I think that the cream is good to be used before you are 35. The cream is light, non-greasy and quickly absorbed. It has no smell. It nicely hydrated my skin, although I cannot claim that it has some great powers to reduce wrinkles and smooth the skin. It also does not help with under eye bags. It has no negative side effects, didn't cause any burning or tears.

Kremu bih preporučila osobama koje imaju oko 30 godina i imaju normalnu kožu u regiji oka. Krema je najbolja za osobe kojima je  potrebna lagana krema koja dobro hidrira, ali nije teška i koja može da odloži stvaranje prvih bora.

I would recommend this cream to people who are around 30 years old and have normal skin in the eye region. The cream is best for people who need a lightweight cream that moisturizes well and isn't heavy, and which can delay the creation of the first wrinkles.

Fight Club - Eucerin DermatoCLEAN Micellar Water VS Nivea Refreshing Micellar Water

Micelarne vode su moj omiljeni tip proizvoda za uklanjanje šminke. Ipak nisu sve jednako dobre, niti imaju skroz isti sastav. Mnogi proizvođači su u poslednje vreme uveli velika pakovanja micelarnih, s obzirom na to da je ovo proizvod koji se prilično brzo troši. U ovom postu ću uporediti dve micelarne koje trenutno koristim - Eucerin i Nivea.

Micellar water is my favorite type of product for makeup removal. However not all of them are equally good, nor do they have exactly the same composition. Many manufacturers have recently introduced large packagings, given that this is a product that is consumed rather quickly. In this post I will compare the two micellar waters I'm currently using - Eucerin and Nivea.

1. Eucerin DermatoCLEAN Micellar Water

Ova micelarna dolazi u pakovanjima od 200 ml i 400 ml. Cena velikog pakovanja od 400ml je 1495 dinara. Ova micelarna voda u sastavu sadrži APG kompleks (Alkilpoliglukozid) koji blago čisti kožu, gliko-glicerol, koji pomaže stvaranje akvaporina u koži koji su zaslužni za zadržavanje vode i hidrataciju, i hijaluronsku kiselinu koja je takođe vrlo bitna za održavanje hidriranosti kože. Ako pričamo o samom čišćenju, ova micelarna nije loša. Prilično lako uklanja svu šminku i nečistoće (mada moram priznati da sam probala i micelarne koje još lakše uklanjaju šminku), a takođe i ne pecka niti iritira kožu.


This micellar water comes in 200 ml and 400 ml bottles. The price of the large packaging of 400ml is 1495 RSD. This micellar water composition comprises of a APG complex (Alkylpolyglucosides) that gently cleanses the skin, Gluco-glycerol which helps the formation of aquaporins in the skin that are responsible for water retention and hydration, and hyaluronic acid which is also very important to maintain hydration. When it comes to cleansing, this micellar water is not bad. Quite easily removes all makeup and impurities (although I must admit that I have tried other micellar waters that remove make-up even more easily). Also, it doesn't irritate the skin and burn.

2. Nivea Refreshing Micellar Water

Nivea micelarne vode dolaze u nekoliko varijanti - za normalnu kožu, za suvu koži i za osetljivu kožu. Ja koristim micelarnu za normalnu kožu. Micelarne takođe dolaze u pakovanjima od 200 ml i 400 ml. Cena pakovanja od 400 ml je 385 dinara, što je dosta manje nego kod Eucerina. Micelarna takođe sadrži gliko-glicerol koji hidrira, ali i vitamin E i ricinusovo ulje (kod micelarne za osetljivu kožu nema parfema i u sastavu se nalazi i ulje semenki grožđa, a u micelarnoj za suvu kožu nalazi se dodatno ulje badema). Što se samog čišćenja tiče ova micelarna to radi dosta dobro, ali ipak malo slabije od Eucerina. Posto je potrebno malo vise trljanja moram priznati da me koža ponekad malo i pecka i osećam zatezanje.


Nivea micellar waters come in several varieties - for normal skin, for dry skin and sensitive skin. I use micellar water for normal skin. Micellar water also come in bottles of 200 ml and 400 ml. Price of the 400 ml packaging is 385 RSD, which is considerably less than Eucerin. Micellar water also contains Gluco-Glycerol that moisturizes, as well as vitamin E and castor oil (micellar water for sensitive skin has no perfume and contains additional grape seed oil, and micellar water for dry skin contains extra almond oil). As far as the cleansing goes, this micellar water works quite well, but it is a little weaker than Eucerin. Since it takes a little more rubbing to remove makeup, I must admit that my skin sometimes burns a little and feels tight.

A evo je i tabela sa uporednim ocenama. U ovoj borbi, i pored znatno više cene, zbog boljeg i prijatnijeg uklanjanja šminke i nečistoća, za pobednika proglašavam Eucerin.

Bio-Oil ulje protiv ožiljaka i strija

Ako se zanimate za kozmetiku skoro je nemoguće da niste čuli za Bio-Oil ulje protiv ožiljaka, strija, neujednačenog tena, dehidrirane kože i tragova starenja. Ovo ulje je od pre nekoliko meseci dostupno i u Srbiji. Pakovano je u bočicu od 60ml i košta 1417 dinara. 

If you are interested in cosmetics is almost impossible that you haven't heard about Bio-Oil - oil for scars, stretch marks, uneven complexion, dehydrated skin and traces of aging. This oil has been available in Serbia the last few months. It is packed in a bottle of 60 ml and costs 1417 RSD.

Kao prvo treba naglasiti da ovo ulje nije potpuno prirodno što pokazuje prvi sastojak Paraffinum Liquidum. Sadrži i oblik retinola, koji bi trebalo da izbeli flekice i ujednači ten. Ali tu su zatim i mnogobrojna biljna ulja - suncokretovo, ulje cveta rimske kamilice, lavande, ruzmarina, nevena i soje. Sadrži parfem i miriše na cimet, što ja obožavam. Ne sadrži parabene.

Firstly it should be noted that this oil is not completely natural which is obvious when you see the first ingredient Paraffinum Liquidum. It also contains a form of retinol, which is supposed to whiten dark spots and unify the complexion. But there are also many natural oils - sunflower oil, Roman chamomile flower oil, lavender, rosemary, calendula and soy oil. It contains fragrances and smells like cinnamon, which I adore. It doesn't contain parabens.

Proizvođač tvrdi da je za vidljive efekte potrebno koristiti ovo ulje oko 3 meseca, što sam ja i učinila. Nanosi se dva puta dnevno, kružnim pokretima i masira se dok se ne upije, što je prilično brzo. Trebalo bi da pomogne u pobolšanju izgleda ožiljaka, i starih strija, kao i da spreči pojavu novih, na primer u trudnoći. Takođe, hidrira kožu i izjednačava ten i flekice nastale zbog sunca ili bubuljica.

The manufacturer claims that this oil should be used for about 3 months for visible effects, which I did. It is applied twice a day and massaged in a circular motion until it is absorbed, which is pretty fast. It should improve the appearance of scars and old stretch marks, and prevent the emergence of new ones, for example during pregnancy. It also hydrates the skin and evens out the complexion and dark spots caused by the sun or pimples.

Ja sam ulje koristila na starim strijama kao i na jednom potpuno novom ožiljku. Nisam trudna tako da ne mogu da posvedočim da li je ulje dobro za spečavanje pojave novih strija. Što se tiče starih strija, poboljšanje očekivano nije veliko i strije su i dalje vidljive koliko i ranije. Što se tiče novog ožiljka, ulje je pomoglo da se koža brzo obnovi, bude meka i ujednačene boje kao i ostatak kože. Zapravo sam vrlo zadovoljna efektom. Ulje nisam nanosila na lice, pošto sam primetila da je vrlo komedogeno, u mom slučaju. Zato ne mogu da posvedočim previše ni o efektu ujednačavanja tena, mada sam ga mazala na flekice od bubuljica koje nisu na licu, i čini mi se da im se boja malo izjednačila sa ostatkom kože.

I have used this oil on old stretch marks as well as on an entirely new scar. I'm not pregnant, so I cannot attest to whether the oil is good for preventing the appearance of new stretch marks. As for the old stretch marks, improvement is, as I expected, not great and the stretch marks are still visible as before. As for the new scar, oil helped it to quickly heal, to be soft and uniform in colour, the same as the rest of the skin. I was actually very pleased with the effect. I didn't apply this oil to the face, because I noticed that it is very comedogenic, in my case. So, I cannot testify about the effects of equalizing the tan, although I applied it on old dark spots form pimples which are not on the face, and it seems to me that they are a bit lighter now and more like the rest of the skin.

Deo mene ima osećaj da je opšta pomama za ovim uljem donekle neopravdana, i da ovo ulje nije drastično bolje od sličnih kvalitetnijih proizvoda. Ipak, deo mene mnogo voli ovo ulje. Možda je to zbog mirisa ili zbog osećaja hidratacije. Ulje nije jeftino, ali mislim da mu treba dati šansu. Posebno ako ste trudni i želite da vam koža bude dobro hidrirana, kako biste sprečili pojavu strija. Ili ako imate neki nov ožiljak na telu. Ako samo želite da uklonite stare strije, ne nadajte se previše rezultatima.

Part of me feels that the huge love for this oil is somewhat unjustified, and that this oil is not dramatically better than similar better quality products. Still, part of me really loves this oil. Maybe it's the smell or the sense of hydration. Oil is not cheap, but I think he should be given a chance. Especially if you are pregnant and you want your skin to be well hydrated to prevent the appearance of stretch marks. Or if you have some new scars on the body. If you only want to remove old stretch marks, do not hold your breath for the results.
