Moje omiljene četkice

Četkice su veoma bitan deo procesa šminkanja, zapravo one su neophodne ako uopšte želimo da pokušamo da se našminkamo dobro. Ja jako volim da ih kupujem, ali isto tako ne želim da kupujem nerazumno skupe četkice luksuznih brendova, već se uvek opredeljujem za jeftine. I među njima mogu se naći odlične četkice, a u ovom postu sam htela da vam pokažem one koje ja lično najviše volim i kažem vam za šta volim da ih koristim. Sve male četkice retko kad su bile skuplje od 500 dinara, dok su velike za lice recimo oko 1500 dinara. Kod većine sam napisala cenu, ali za nekoliko nisam znala tako da ste ostali bez tačne cene.

Brushes are a very important part of any make-up, in fact, they are necessary if you want to apply your make-up well. I really like to buy them, but I also don't want to buy unreasonably expensive brushes from luxury brands, but I always decide to go cheap. Even here you can find excellent brushes, and in this post I wanted to show you the ones that I personally love the most and tell you what I use them for. All small brushes here are not more expensive than 500 RSD, while big ones are around 1500 RSD. I wrote most of the prices, but a few I didn't know so you'll have to remain without their exact prices.

Dve realno vrlo slične četkice, meke i odlične za razmazivanje tečnog pudera. RT je malo manja i blago pljosnata dok je Blush okrugla. Po gustini i mekoći su veoma slične. Verovatno zbog manje veličine, RT upije manje proizvoda prilikom nanošenja.

Two realistically very similar brushes, soft and excellent for spreading liquid foundation. RT is slightly smaller and slightly flatter while Blush is round. The density and softness are very similar. RT absorb less foundation during application, probably because of the smaller size.

Voljene četkice za blendanje Blush 14B i 14C koristim svaki dan. 14C je kraća i zbog toga mnogo bolja u blendanju, pa je koristim za pregib kapka, dok dužu 14B koristim za svetlije nijanse koje nanosim ispod obrva i finalno blendanje ka pregibu. 65E je fenomenalna pencil četkica, tvrda taman koliko treba.

Beloved blending brushes Blush 14B and 14C I use every day. 14C is shorter and therefore much better at blending, and I use it for crease, while the longer one 14B I use for lighter shades that I apply below the eyebrows and for final blending toward the crease. 65E is a great pencil brush, with just the right firmness.

Četkice za nanošenje senke preko celog kapka su prilično proste i pred njima nisu veliki zahtevi, a moje omiljene su Essence i Cala 313. Tu su i dve vrlo specifične četkice Ubu za razmazivanje i Mineralza za veoma precizno naošenje.

Brushes for application of eye shadows across the eyelid are quite simple, without any demanding tasks before them. My favourite ones are Essence and Cala 313. There are also two very specific brushes in this group, Ubu for smudging  and Mineralza for very precise application.

Sa ove dve četkice pokrivena sam kakvo god rumenilo da koristim. RT je obla, meka i retka, odlično kupi veoma pigmentirana rumenila, mada mi se ne sviđa baš kako joj ide blendanje ako je prvo nanošenje malo darežljivije od željenog. Ecotools je pljosnata i koso sečena sa obe strane. Odlična za blendanje i nanošenje skoro svih rumenila, pa je najčešće i koristim. Osim u slučaju veoma pigmentovanih gde posežem za RT.

With these two brushes I am covered whatever blush I use. RT is round, soft and rare, great for very pigmented blushes, although I don't exactly like how it blends if the first application is a little more generous than desired. Ecotools is flat and cut on both sides. Excellent for blending and applying almost all blushes, and I mostly use this brush. Except in the case of some highly pigmented blushes, when I reach for RT.

Ebelin četkica je prilično tvrda i od plastičnih vlakana koja mi nisu mnogo lepa sama po sebi. Ok je i za nanošenje podloge, međutim ono za šta mi je odlična je nanošenje korektora tj. kamuflaše, ako mi je potrebano da je nanesem na naku malo veću površinu. Odlično je razmaže i blenda pa dobijem jače prekrivanje bez težine. Blush 10A je divna precizna četkica za konturiranje, meka i srednje veličine.

Ebelin brush is quite hard and I don't like its plastic fibers that much. It is good for applying foundation, however what I love is how it applies concealer ie. camouflage cream if I need higher coverage on a larger area. Great in applying and blending, so I get more coverage without weight. Blush 10A is a wonderful precision brush for contouring, soft and medium in size.

Obe četkce su meke i prosto savršene. Kabuki je veći. Beskrajno je mek i lep. Obe četkice koristim podjednako, mada kabuki često nosim sa sobom pošto je kratak.

Both brushes are soft and simply perfect. Kabuki is bigger. Infinitely supple and beautiful. Both brushes I use the same amount, although I often carry kabuki with me, since it is short.

Blush 12A je fenomenalna četkica koju svakoga dana koristim za razmazivanje tečnog korektora na podočnjake. Da se ja pitam možda bi je napravila malo mekšu. Ecotools četkica za korektor je odlična za nanošenje korektora i kamuflaže na lice, a četkica za obrve je super pošto je vrlo uska i precizna.

Blush 12A is a phenomenal brush that I use every day for blending liquid concealer on dark circles. If I could choose I would make it a bit softer. Ecotools concealer brush is great for application of concealer and camouflage on the face and brow brush is very nice since it is very narrow and precise.

Sve ovo su četkice koje koristim skoro svaki dan. Volim ih i bez njih ne mogu. Da li i vi delite ljubav prema nekoj od ovih četkica? Da li volite da kupujete četkie?

Mineralza četkice - small chisel eye brush, flat top eye brush, flat top foundation brush

Došlo je vreme da pišem malo i o Mineralza četkicama koje sam kupila na ovogodišnjem sajmu kozmetike. Mineralza je proizvođač iz SAD-a, a njihovi proizvodi sadrže samo prirodne sastojke. Na primer njihovi proizvodi ne sadrže talk, sintetičke boje, alkohol, parabene, sintetičke mirise, ureu i slične sastojke koji mogu da dovedu do iritacije. Četkice se prave od prirodne dlake, osim naravno onih kod kojih su sintetičke dlake potrebne.


The time has come for me to talk a little about Mineralza brushes that I bought at the cosmetics fair. Mineralza is makeup manufacturer from the U.S., and their products contain only natural ingredients. For example, their products do not contain talc, synthetic dyes, alcohol, parabens, synthetic fragrances, urea and similar ingredients that can cause irritation. The brushes are made from natural fibers, except of course for those where synthetics are necessary.

Kod nas se je moguće kupiti samo ove četkice, preko devojke koja ih uvozi. Pretpostavljam da bi moglo preko nje možda da se naruči i nešto drugo iz njihovog asortimana. Nego da ja pređem na moje utiske. Kupila sam tri četkice - small chisel eye brush, flat top eye brush, flat top foundation brush.


In Serbia you can only buy Mineralza brushes, from a girl who imports them. I guess that you can maybe order from her something else from their products. Anyone interested to look at the selection of brushes and their prices may do so through her ​​FB page, and can order brushes on FB or via her e-mail (mineralzasrbija@gmail.com).
But I move on to my impressions. I bought three brushes - small chisel eye brush, flat top eye brush, flat top foundation brush.

Najmanju među njima - small chisel eye brush sam kupila pošto mi je bilo potpuno fascinantno koliko je mala. Izrađena je od samurove dlake. Ova četkica je fenomenalna za precizno nanošenje senke. Tvrda je taman dovoljno, a oblik joj je pljosnat, pa je moguće koristiti i malo širu a i veoma usku strane četkice. Iz nje nije ispala ni jedna jedina dlačica, ni prilikom korišćenja, a ni prilikom pranja. Ja sam njom prezadovoljna i koristim je skoro svaki dan. Njena cena je 500 dinara.


The smallest one among them is small chisel eye brush and I bought it because I was completely fascinated with how small it is. It is made of sable hair. This brush is fantastic for the precise application of eyeshadows. It is hard just enough, and her shape is flat, so it is possible to use a little wider and the very narrow side of the brush. Not a single hair has fallen out of it when I was using it, nor while I washed it. I am very happy with it and I use it almost every day. Its price is 500 dinars.

Sledeća četkica je flat top eye brush od kozije dlake. Ona je malo veća (otprilike iste veličine kao smokey eyes brush od Essence) i ima potpuno ravan vrh. Dakle nije zaobljena kao Essence četkica. Nije mnogo gusta, i prilično je mekana. Zato mi nije loša za kada hoću da blendujem neku senku. Iako je četkica meka prilično je tvrda ako se pritiska direktno odozgo i zato ravni deo može da se koristi i za  nanošenje veće kolčine senke, slično kao sa nekom tvđom pljosnatom četkicom, samo preciznije. Ni iz nje mi nije ispala ni jedna dlačica ni pri korišćenju, a ni prilikom pranja. Platila sam je 600 dinara. I ova četkica mi se jako sviđa, mada ipak manje od prve.


Next one is a flat top eye brush made of goat hair. It is slightly larger (about the same size as a smoky brush from Essence) and has a completely flat top. So it is not round as Essence brush. It is not very dense, and is quite soft. So, it's not bad for blending eye shadows. Although it is quite soft, it is hard if you press it directly from above, so the top can be used for putting on greater amounts of  eyeshadows, similar as with flat brushes, just more precise. None of the hair fell out during usage or washing. I paid 600 dinars for it. This brush I really like, too, although little less than the first one.

I na kraju flat top foundation brush od konjske dlake. Ovo je jedna veoma čudna četkica, i ja prema njoj nisam nikako mogla da ostanem ravnodušna. U meni je izazvala veliki spektar osećanja. Prvi put sam probala da nanesem podlogu njom čim sam je kupila. I iako je samo nanošenje podloge ovom četkicom više nego fenomenalno, ja sam taj prvi pud doživela blagi šok, pošto je iz četkice ispalo milion dlaka koje su se lepile po mom licu i muljale sa puderom. No ostala sam smirena i rekla sebi da je ne smem tako lako odpisati. Detaljno sam je oprala i pokušala da uklonim sve dlačice koje mogu da ispadnu. Već sledeći put kada sam je koristila ispalo je samo nekoliko dlačica. Nakon još jednog ili dva pranja četkicu sam potpuno dovela u red i sada nemam nikakav problem sa dlačicama i mogu neometano da uživam u ovoj četkici koja je sada potpuno brilijantna. Ova četkica pokupi taman dovoljno podloge. Mekana je a opet prilično gusta, pa se podloga razmazuje i blenda ekstrenmno brzo, a lice postaje potpuno ujednaceno...ma potpuno savršeno. Ako moram da biram između nanošenja prstima, bockalicom, ili ovom četkicom bez ikakvog razmišljnja biram ovu četkicu. Prvo krajnji rezultat izgleda daleko najbolje, i drugo nanošenje je ekstremno brzo i lako i ne moram sto godina da mašem četkicom da bi se sve ujednačilo. Dakle kada prebrodite ispadajuće dlačice, ako vam se to desi, ova četkica postaje malo čudo. Košta 1000 dinara.

Zaključak - meni su ove četkice potpuni hit i razmišljam se da nabavim još po neku. :)

Šta mislim da je dobro:
- Mekane dlačice,
- Dobra gustina četkica,
- Dobre drške koje lepo leže u ruci i izgledaju kvalitetno urađene,
- Pri pranju dlačice ne ispadaju, osim kod četkice za podlogu ali samo prvih nekoliko puta,
- Cena.

Šta je loše:
- Četkica za podlogu mora da se dobrooo opere da bi ispale sve dlačice koje nisu lepo pričvrsćene, i tek onda je možete normalno koristiti.
- Nisu dostupne u Srbiji osim preko FB-a, kod devojke koja ih uvozi.

Finally, flat top foundation brush made of horsehair. This is a very strange brush and I certainly couldn't remain indifferent to it. It has sparked a range of emotions in me. The first time I tried applying the foundation with it was right after I bought it. And although foundation application with this brush is more than awesome, the first time I used it I suffered a mild shock, since million hairs fell out of the brush and started mixing with foundation on my face. But I remained calm and told myself that I cannot give up on it so easily. I washed it thoroughly and try to remove any hair that may come out. The very next time I used it just a few hairs came out. After one or two more washes I fully recovered the brought and now I have no problems with it and can freely enjoy this brush, which is now completely brilliant. This brush picks up just enough product. It's soft and yet quite thick, so foundation can be applied and blended with the speed of light. My complexion becomes totally even ... just absolutely perfect. If I have to choose between the application with my fingers, stippling brush, or this brush I choose this one without even thinking about it. Firstly, the end result looks the best by far, and secondly application is extremely fast and easy, and I do not have to do wield my brush for hundred years to get everything blended. So when you get through the problem of hairs falling out, if this even happens to you, this brush will become a little miracle. It costs 1000 dinars.

Conclusion - I think these brushes are a complete hit and I'm thinking of buying more of them. :)

What I think is good:
- Soft bristles,
- Good density,
- Feel good in hand and look like they have good quality,
- When washing the bristles don't fall out, except for the foundation brush, but only the first few times,
- Price.

What is bad:
- Foundation brush must be washed very well, for all the bristles that are not well attached to fall out, a only then you can use it normally,
- They are not available in Serbia except through FB, from the girl who imports them.

21. međunarodni kongres i sajam kozmetike - izveštaj i ulov

Kud svi tu i mali Mujo. Bila sam i ja juče na sajmu! Moji utisci su onako osrednji. Nekako mi je sajam izgledao malecko. No nije to ni glavni razlog za ovakav moj utisak. 50% su bili zastupljeni štandovi posvećeni noktima, koji meni nisu toliko zanimljivi. 30% su bili štandovi posvećeni kosi i frizerima. Tek 15% štandova je posvećeno preparativi, a samo 5% dekorativi. Čak mislim da je i ovih 5% preterivanje :). Kao prirodnjak u duši sve sam vam izdelila na procente. Kako je meni dekorativa najzanimljivija pa onda preparativa, nisam imala mnogo štandova za koje bih se zalepila.


Where everybody goes, little Mujo goes, too. I went to the cosmetics fair yesterday! My impressions are mediocre. Somehow it seemed a bit small. But this is not even the main reason for my impression. 50% of stands was committed to nails, which are not that interesting to me. 30% were stands dedicated to hair and hairdressing. Only 15% of stands were devoted to skincare, and only 5% to makeup. I even think that 5% is an overstatement :). As a scientist at heart I have summed everything in percentages. As I am interested in makeup, and than in skincare products, I didn't have a lot of stands that I would be drawn to.

Aleksandar cosmetics je zaposeo čitavu trecinu hale i doneo tonu stvari na prodaju. No nisam primetila nikakvo sniženje kod njih ili je toliko mikroskopsko da skinu po dinar, dva sa proizvoda. To je malo razočaravajuće od njih. Drugi štandovi su  uglavnom imali sniženja. Takođe mnogi štandovi su imali mogućnost plaćanja i karticom što su se lepo dosetili da bi devojke mogle da kupuju i kada potroše pare koje su ponele. Dobro za njih loše za naše džepove, ali same smo krive.

No, ja sam prilično zadovoljna svojim ulovom. Srednjeg je gabarita, a za neke stvarčice sam dosta jeftinije prošla. Sve u svemu veoma sam zadovoljna. Evo mog ulova:


Alexander cosmetics has spread to the third of the hall and brought a ton of stuff for sale. But I have not noticed any price reduction or is was so microscopic that they removed maybe a dinar or two from the full price of products. It's a little disappointing of them. Other stands generally had lower prices. Also many booths had the option of paying with the credit card, so girls who already spent all their planned money could shop even more. Good for them, bad for our pockets, but it's our own fault.

I'm pretty happy with my catch. It is medium sized, and some stuff I've bought a lot cheaper. All in all I'm very pleased. Here's my catch:

Kupila sam:
- Arcocere vosak za depilaciju (kapućino), koji je namenjen osetljivijoj koži, a može da izvuče i jače dlake.
- Arcocere ulje za posle depilacije sa kokosom, namenjeno uklanjanju ostatka voska a i za smirivanje kože.
- Kristal trake za depilaciju (50 komada).



I bought:
- Arcocere wax for hair removal (cappuccino), which is intended for sensitive skin, but can also pull out even stronger hair.
- Arcocere after waxing oil with coconut, for removing wax residue and for soothing the skin.
- Kristal waxing strips (50 pieces).

- Ardell Natural veštačke trepavice, koje nisu jako velike i mislim da će biti odlične za dnevnu šminku, da se uopšte ne primeti da su stavljene veštačke trepavice.
- Body Drench piling za telom sa malinama, koji sam morala da kupim pošto izgleda identično kao džem, a vala i miriše kao džem. Nisam probala kakav je ukus, mada je moja sestra morala i da lizne da se uveri da nije džem.



- Ardell Natural false eyelashes, which are not that big and I think they would be great for a daytime makeup, and that it won't be obvious that these are fake.
- Body Drench Body Scrub with raspberries, which I had to buy since it looked exactly like jam and also smelled like jam. I didn't try what it tastes like, although my sister had to lick it and make sure it wasn't jam.

- Caudalie Beauty Elixir od 30ml - čuveni proizvod na bazi grejpfruta, ruzmarina, ruže i cvetova pomorandže, koji bi trebalo da sužava pore i popravlja ten. Mnogi su ga hvalili, a neki i nisu. Ja se samo nadam da će na meni raditi i da ću ja biti jedna od onih koji ga hvale.
- Lierac Dioptigel redukujući gel za kesice ispod očiju - veoma sam uzbuđena što sam ovo kupila pošto od kad znam za sebe budim se sa buhtlicama ispod očiju, pa ako mi ovo pomogne slaviću na sva zvona.
- Caudalie kupka koju sam dobila kada sam kupila njihov eliksir i Lierac okoloočnu kremicu. Bez sapuna je i bez parabena.
- China Glaze Texture lak za nokte u nijansi koja se zove Itty, bitty, gritty. Zanimljiv nazv i zanimljiva boja.



- Caudalie Beauty Elixir 30ml - famous product based on grapefruit, rosemary, orange blossom and rose, which is supposed to reduce pores and improve the complexion. Many praise it, but some are not. I just hope it will work for me and that I will be one of those who praise it.
- Lierac Dioptigel Puffiness Reduction Gel - I am very excited that I bought this because ever since I can remember I was waking up with little puffs under my eyes, so if it helps me I will celebrate with bells ringing.
- Caudalie Shhower Gel that I got as a present when I bought their Elixir and Lierac Dioptigel. It is soap-free and paraben-free.
- China Glaze Texture nail polish in shade called Itty, bitty, gritty. Very interesting name and also an interesting shade.

- Mineralza četkice za šminku i to odozgo: small chisel eye brush od samurove dlake, flat top eye brush od kozije dlake i flat top foundation brush od konjske dlake. Zbog ovih četkica sam takođe mnogo srećna. Nadam se da su dobre, jako su mekane i na prvi pogled mi se čine odlične.


Ali to nije sve što sam kupila tog dana! Kako se uporedo sa ovim sajmom održavao i sajam hortikulture kupila sam i sledeće dve biljčice:



- Mineralza makeup brushes and from the top they are: small chisel eye brush with sable hair, flat top eye brush with goat hair, and a flat top foundation brush made of horse hair. I'm also very happy that I bought these brushes. I hope they are good, they are very soft and at first glance seem to be excellent.

But that's not the only thing I bought that day! Along with cosmetics fair horticulture fair was organized too, so I bought two little plants:

Kaktusčići su jako su malecki i jedva čekam da ih presadim u tu veću saksiju koju vidite na slici. Taman imam praznine za njih. Veliki sam ljubitelj pustinjskih biljčica.

Cacti are very tiny and I cannot wait to replant them into a larger pot that you can see in the picture. I have great gaps just for them. I am a big fan of desert plants.
