Avon Super Shock Max Mascara

Trenutno sam u nekom periodu u kom nemam maskaru koju mnogo volim. Ovo je maskara koju trenutno najčešće koristim.


I am currently in a period in which I don't have a mascara that I really love very. This is the mascara that is currently use the most.

Dolazi zapakovana u celofan. Cena joj je 820 dinara (mada je često veoma snižena) i sadrži 10ml. Inače ovo pakovanje sa paunovim perjem je bilo neko limitirano međutim maskara i dalje postoji u običnom jednobojnom pakovanju. Dolazi sa velikom gumenom četkicom. Meni koja imam male trepavice ovaj tip četkica ne odgovara jer je prevelika da bih lepo njom prišla svakoj trepavici, ali snalazim se nekako. Zupci su kraći i spiralno postavljeni što je dobro za rasčešljavanje prilikom nanošenja.


It comes packaged in cellophane. Its price is 820 RSD (although the price is often reduced a lot) and contains 10ml. Otherwise this packaging with peacock feathers was a limited edition, but mascara can still be found in plain monochrome packaging. It comes with a large rubber brush. I have short lashes, so this type of brush doesn't suite me because it is too large and it's hart do reach every eyelash, but I manage somehow. The rubber spikes are short and arranged spirally, which is good for combing lashes during application.

Formula je srednje gusta, pa maskara daje dosta volumena ali i produžava trepavice. U početku je malo slepljivala terpavice i na četkici je bilo previše maskare pa sam morala vrlo pažljivo da je nanosim. Trenutno se malo osušila i sada mi je mnogo bolja i lakša za korišćenje. Vrlo se lako skida svim proizvodima za skidanje šminke. U toku dana se ne razmazuje i ne kruni, mada neće preživeti suze ili veliku kišu.


Formula is medium thick, so it gives a lot of volume but also extends the lashes. In the beginning it made lashes stick together and the brush picked up too much mascara so I had to apply it very carefully. Currently it is a little more dry and much easier to use. It is very easy to remove the product with any makeup remover. During the day, there is no smudging and crumbling, but it won't survive tears or rain.

Na kraju pogledajte kako izgledaju moje ravne i kratke trepavice sa jednim i sa dva sloja maskare. Kako je maskara na slikama nanošena odmah po kupovini maskare primetićete da su mi sa dva sloja trepavice malo slepljene, međutim nije tako strašno. Nisam nešto oduševljena maskarom kad se sve sabere, ali nije loša.

In the end, look at my straight and short lashes, with one or two coats of mascara. As I made these photos immediately after purchasing the mascara you will notice that after application of two coats lashes stuck together a bit, but it's not too bad. I'm somewhat unimpressed with this mascara, but all in all it's not too bad.

Gerovital Plant Nourishing Night Cream

Dugo nisam pisala o nekoj noćnoj kremi. Danas vam pišem o Gerovital kremi koju sam dobila na promociji o kojoj sam pisala u ovom postu. To je bio moj prvi susret sa Gerovital kozmetikom. Iako je ovaj brend orijentisan anti age kozmetici proizvode i neke proizvode koji nisu namenjeni starijoj koži. Na primer ova noćna krema Gerovital Plant namenjena je osobama starijim od 20 godina.


It has been a long time since I wrote about a night cream. Today, I'll write about Gerovital cream that I got at the promotion about which I wrote in this post. That was my first encounter with Gerovital cosmetics. Although this brand is oriented at anti-aging cosmetic products, they also produce some products that are not intended for older skin. For example, this night cream Gerovital Plant is intended for people over 20 years of age.

Krema dolazi u kartonskoj kutiji u kojoj je plastična teglica. Plastika mi deluje vrlo skromno, ali bitno je da postoji folija koja zatvara kremu hermetički. Krema sadrži ulje jojobe, soje i ulje iz pšeničnih klica, kao i vitamine A i E. Sastojci treba da povećaju elastičnost kože i spreče stvaranje bora i starenje. Takođe pomažu i u odbrani od spoljnih uticaja, kao što su UV zračenje, duvanski dim i zagađen vazduh. Evo ga i ceo sastav:


The cream comes in a cardboard box in which is a plastic jar. Plastic seems very modest, but it is important that there is a foil that closes the cream tightly. The cream contains jojoba oil, soybean oil and wheat germ oil, and also vitamins A and E. Ingredients should increase the elasticity of the skin and prevent wrinkles and aging. They also help in the defense against external influences, such as UV radiation, cigarette smoke and polluted air. Here's the whole composition:

Gerovital ima svoj štand u Ušću koliko se ja sećam. Takođe može se naći i u nekim apotekama i naručiti preko Gerovital web stranice. Inače cena ove kreme je 850 dinara. Pakovanje sadrži 50ml. Krema je svetlo žućkaste boje i vrlo blagog prijatnog mirisa. Gusta je ali nije masna. Kada je namažem lepo se upija i ne masti mi lice. Veoma lepo hidrira kožu i mislim da bi bila dobra za sve tipove kože. Ja je nanosim u tankom sloju, ali mi se čini dovoljno hranljivom da zadovolji i potrebe suve kože.


Gerovital has a booth in Ušće shopping center as I can recall. It can also be found in some pharmacies and order via Gerovital website. The price of this cream is 850 RSD. Packaging contains 50ml. The cream is light yellowish in colour and has very mild pleasant odor. It is thick but not greasy. When I apply it, it is nicely absorbed and doesn't make my face oily. Very nicely moisturises and I think it would be good for all skin types. I apply it in a thin layer, but it seems strong enough to meet the nutritional needs of dry skin, too.

Kremom sam zadovoljna, pa me je ova krema zainteresovala da možda isprobam još neke njihove proizvode koji nisu iz anti age linija, pošto njih još uvek ne koristim. Da li ste vi probali neke od njihovih proizvoda i kakvi su bili vaši utisci?

Essence Blush Up! rumenilo - 10 Heat Wave

Moja večita boljka bilo je Essence Roller Girl rumenilo iz limitirane kolekcije koja nikada nije došla u Srbiju. Duguljasto višebojno rumenilo gde se boja preliva iz narandžaste u rozu. Kada se na našim štandovima pojavilo novo Blush Up! rumenilo iste boje odmah sam ga kupila. I što je još bolje ovo rumenilo nije iz limitirane kolekcije. 

My eternal problem was Essence Roller Girl blush from a limited collection that never came to Serbia. Oblong multicolour blush where colour changes from orange to pink. When the new Blush Up! blush appeared that had the same colour, I immediately bought it. And what's even better, this blush is not a part of a limited collection.

Pakovanje ovog rumenila je od providne debele i čvrste plastike. Jedina zamerka je što se prilično lako otvara. Rumenilo sadrži 8g i cena mu je 469 dinara. Nijansa koju sam kupila i koja me podseća na Roller Girl rumenilo je 10 Heat Wave.

The packaging of this blush is from the transparent thick and sturdy plastic. The only complaint is that it's pretty easy to open. Blush contains 8g and its price is 469 RSD. The shade that I bought and that reminds me of the Roller Girl Blush is 10 Heat Wave.

Rumenilo se preliva iz narandžaste u rozu boju. Vrlo je pigmentovano ali i meko pa se mora pažljivo uzimati četkicom. Malkice se kruni prilikom dodira četkice. Dovoljno je široko da lako mogu da se zahvate pojedinačne boje, ali i izmešana nijansa. Lako se blenda i postojano je na licu. Evo ga i sastav:

Blush changes colour from orange to pink. It is very pigmented and soft and must be carefully picked up by a brush. It crumbles a bit when you touch it with a brush. It is sufficiently broad that you can easily pick up individual colours, but also a mixed shade. Easy to blend and durable on face. Here are the ingredients:

Na kraju evo ga i swatch. S leva na desno ide narandžasti deo, rozi i na kraju izmešano. Na drugoj slici boje su malo izblendane, a na samom kraju je još jednom izblendana pomešana nijansa.

I na kraju nisam zažalila što sam ga kupila. Mnogo lepo dvobojno mat rumenilo za male pare. Jako ga volim. Da li ste ga vi probali i kakvi su bili vaši utisci?

Upravo sam shvatila da u poslednje vreme jako često pišem o Vichy proizvodima. U poslednje vreme pisala sam o:

E pa ciklus ovaj put zatvaramo utiscima o dnevnoj kremi sa matirajućim efektom - Vichy Normaderm Total Mat. Za početak evo ga sastav:


I just realized that I often wrote about Vichy products lately. I already wrote about:

Well, this time I'm going to close the cycle by writing about a day cream with a mattefying effect - Vichy Normaderm Total Mat. For starters here are the ingredients:

Krema dolazi u kutiji u kojoj je tuba od 30 ml. Cena ove kreme je oko 1700 dinara. Krema je deo Normaderm linije namenjene mešovitoj i problematičnoj koži. Ova krema namenjena je osobama sa masnom i mešovitom kožom, kojima je potrebna lagana hidratacija ali i koje žele da njihovo lice što duže ostane mat i ne prosija. Naravno problemi ovog tipa najizraženiji su upravo sada u toku leta.


The cream comes in a box and inside is a 30 ml tube. The price of this cream is around 1700 RSD. The cream is part of the Normaderm line for mixed and problematic skin. This cream is designed for people with oily and mixed skin, who need light hydration and want their face matte as long as possible. Of course, problems of this type are the strongest right now during the summer.

Otvor tube je mali pa je doziranje lako. Sama krema ima retku gelastru strukturu pa se vrlo lako razmazuje i odmah se upija. Na licu se ne oseća nikakav film. Miris kreme je tipičan za Normaderm liniju. Ima blag osvežavajući miris koji mene podseća na citruse. Nisam veliki obožavalac krema ovog tipa jer zanju da mi ponekad naprave nered na licu zbog sastojaka koji samo sede na koži kako bi upili višak sebuma. Srećom kod ove kreme to se nije desilo. Dovoljno dobro i hidrira kožu.


Tube opening is small and dosing is easy. The cream has a rare gel texture and is easily spread and immediately absorbed. It doesn't make me feel like I have a film on my face. The smell of the cream is typical for Normaderm line. It has a mild refreshing scent that reminds me of citrus. I'm not a big fan of creams of this type because they sometimes make a mess on my face because of the ingredients that just sit on my skin to absorb excess sebum. Fortunately this didn't happen with this cream. Hydration is also good.

Iako na koži nemam osećaj filma ipak imam jednu zamerku. Često mi se dešavalo da kada se krema osuši krene malo da se kruni sa lica, posebno ako pokušavam da nanesem puder preko i razmazujem rukama. Pod prstima osećam i vidim sidne grudvice. Doduše kada jednom njih skinem ovog problema više nema, mada volela bih da se to ne dešava. Ovde napominjem da sam zaista svaki put stavljala minimalnu količinu kreme na lice ali da se i tada ovo dešavalo.


Although on the skin I don't have a sense of film, I still have one objection. The cream often crumbled from the face when dry, especially if I was trying to apply foundation over it using my fingers. I felt under my fingers and I also saw small crumbs. However, when I do remove them the problem doesn't reappear, but I'd still like it not happening. I note here that I always put the minimum amount of cream on my face but even then this problem was present.

Matiranje je vidno i kod mene je lice dobro izgledalo i do 3 ili 4 sata duže, mada u najtoplijim danima ni ova krema nije mnogo pomagala. Krema je po meni dobra za osobe sa mešovitom kožom, ali kao i uvek kod ovakvih krema, ne i previše problematičnom pošto ove kreme znaju da naprave problem na licu. 

Krema mi se generalno svidela, mada ne mogu reći da se kod mene posle ove kreme razvila neka posebna ljubav prema matirajućim kremama. Ostajem prilično nezainteresovana za ovaj tip krema ... pa do neke sledeće koja će možda da me oduševi. Jeste li je vi probali? Koja je vaša omiljena krema za matiranje?

- solidno hidrira,

- solidno matira,

- ne pogoršava bubuljice.

Matte effect is nice and I was matte for 3 or 4 hours longer than usuall, although during warmest days even this cream did not help much. The cream is in my opinion good for people with mixed skin, but as always with this type of cream, not too problematic since these creams can make even more problems on the face. 

I generally like this cream, although I cannot say that after using it I feel a special love for mattifying creams. I remain quite uninterested in this type of creams ... so I'm waiting for some next cream that might just amaze me. Have you tried it? What is your favorite mattifying cream?

Wet n Wild paleta senki - E738 Comfort Zone

Vreme je za nastavak posta o poklonima koje sam dobila od Tee sa beautyandbrains007HR. Tada sam prvi put dobila neke WnW proizvode i malo je reći da sam se baš oduševila. Prvi post o ovim poklonima je ovde. A danas ću vam pokazati prelepu paletu senki E738 Comfort Zone koja ima 8 senki.


It is time to continue the subject of gifts that I received from the Tea from beautyandbrains007HR. That's when I first got some WnW products and needless to say that I was very impressed. The first post about these gifts is here. Today I'm going to show you a beautiful eyeshadow palette E738 Comfort Zone, which has 8 shadows.

Pakovanje je ponovo tipično za WnW, plastično sa prozirnom gornjom stranom. Nije mnogo čvrsto, ali za sada se dobro drži. Unutra se nalazi i dvostrani aplikator - jedna strana je sunđerasta, a druga je četkica. Nisu ništa posebno ali u slučaju nužde mogu da posluže. WnW nije dostupan u Srbiji na žalost, a cena ove palete je oko 760 dinara.  Na senkama piše na koji deo kapka mogu da se nanose, a postoji i objašnjenje na zadnjoj strani pakovanja.  

The packaging is again typical of WnW, plastic with a transparent top. Not very solid, but so far it is doing well. Inside there is a double-sided applicator - one side is spongy, and the other is a brush. They're nothing special, but in an emergency they can be used. WnW is not available in Serbia, unfortunately, and the price of this palette is around 760 RSD. Each shadows has a label that explains where it should be applied, and there is also an explanation at the back of the packaging.

Paleta ima u sebi dve grupe senki. Jedna vuče na braon, a druga na zeleno. U svakoj grupi senki postoje nijanse za ispod obrva, za sam kapak, pregib kapka i jedna tamnija senka za definisanje spoljnog V. Oduševljena sam i teksturom i bojama ovih senki. Veoma su mekane i baršunaste, a lako se i blendaju. Ne krune se i dobro su pigmentovane. Sve senke u sebi imaju manje ili više šimera, što je jedina zamerka na ovu paletu, jer bih volela da u njoj postoje i neke mat nijanse da bi se lakše kombinovalo.


Palette has two groups of eye shadows. One pulls to brown and the other to green. In each group, there are shades for under the brow, for eyelid, crease, and a darker shade to define the outer V. I am thrilled with the texture and colour of the eye shadows. They are very soft and velvety and easy to blend. There is no crumbling are they are well-pigmented. All the shadows have more or less shimmer, which is the only objection to this palette that I have, because I would like it to contain some matte shades to make it easier to combine them.

Oduševljena sam svim senkama ali najveća ljubav mi je desna Definer senka. Podloga ove senke je crvenkasta a šimer je metalik plav. Samim tim senka može da bude crvena, ljubičasta ili plava. Podseća me na krljušt nekih lepih ribica.

I am delighted with all the shadows but my biggest love is the right Definer eyeshadow. The base of the shadow is reddish but shimmer is metallic blue. So the shadow can look red, purple or blue. It reminds me of scales of some beautifull fish.

Top Ten Olive Oil Sunscreen Face Cream SPF 40

Evo ga i poslednji u nizu postova o kremama za lice sa SPF-om. Danas vam pišem o kremi koja mi se možda čak i najviše dopala ove godine, iako su mi većina krema koje sam probala bile baš dobre. Top Ten proizvode za zaštitu od sunca koristim godinama u nazad a Olive Oil liniju sam posebno volela. Zato sam se posebno i radovala isprobavanju ove kreme za lice koja ima SPF 40.

Here it is the last in a series of posts about face creams with SPF. Today, I'll write about the cream that I liked the most this summer, even though most creams that I have tried were very good. I used Top Ten products for years and I particularly liked Olive Oil line. That's why I was looking forward to trying out this face cream that has SPF 40.

Krema dolazi u kartonskoj kutiji u kojoj je tubica od 50 ml. Cena kreme je 525 dinara. Na otvoru nalazi se folija koja obezbeđuje da krema nije otvarana. Vodootporna je i sadrži UVA i UVB filtere. Evo ga i sastav:

The cream comes in a cardboard box in which is a 50 ml tube. Price of this cream is 525 RSD. At the opening there is a foil that ensures that the cream hasn't been opened. It is water resistant and contains UVA and UVB filters. Here are the ingredients:

Otvor na tubi je mali pa je doziranje vrlo lako. Za celo lice potrebna je mala količina, oko veličine zrna graška pa i manje. Tekstura kreme je srednje gusta i bela ali se jako lako i brzo razmazuje i upija bez belih tragova ili osećaja filma na koži. Takođe kada se krema upije koža se ne sjaji i nije masna. Krema prelepo miriše, mada ne mogu da opišem na šta me miris podseća. Miriše isto kao i kreme za telo iz ove linije, veoma letnje.

Opening of the tube is small, so dosing is very easy. A small amount is enough for the whole face, about the size of a pea or smaller. The texture of the cream is medium thick and the cream is white but is quickly absorbed, easy to spread and doesn't leave a film on the skin. When the cream is absorbed the skin doesn't look shiny and greasy. The cream smells wonderful, although I cannot describe what the smell reminds me of. It smells the same as other creams from this line, very summery.

Krema sadrži vitamine A, C i E kao i pantenol. Sadrži i maslinovo ulje, pa pored odbrane od sunca, kožu i hidrira i neguje. Mnogo mi se svideo efekat ove kreme. Koža je zaista meka i hidrirana, a nije masna. Takođe i jako dobro štiti od sunca. Po meni ovo je jedna vrlo dobra krema koja se u toku leta može koristiti i kao dnevna krema.

The cream contains vitamins A, C and E and panthenol. It also contains olive oil, and in addition to defense from the sun, the skin is hydrated and nourished. I really liked the effect of this cream. The skin is really soft and moisturized, but not oily. It also protects from the sun very well. In my opinion this is a very good cream for the summer and can be used as a day cream.
